You find out about the problem too late
The USB logger placed inside the box doesn't talk to anyone during transit. If the temperature rises between Casablanca and Oujda, you'll find out by plugging the device into a computer on arrival. By then, the medicines are already lost.
Your liability is on the line
Any undocumented temperature excursion makes a batch non-compliant and exposes the lab or wholesaler to civil and criminal liability. Without timestamped proof, you have no way to defend yourself during an inspection by the Direction du Médicament et de la Pharmacie.
The recipient just has to take your word for it
The pharmacist or hospital receiving clerk has no way to verify the quality of the transport. Trust rests on a good-faith declaration, not on data.

Existing solutions
Telematics installs a GPS beacon in the truck. It tells you where the vehicle is, never what's happening inside your boxes. If your pallet of vaccines is transferred to another vehicle or stored in an intermediate warehouse, the batch's traceability is lost.

Workshop preparation
We insert the local SIM card, configure the network, and test the battery and signal before shipping. You receive a sensor that's ready to use.
Pairing at the departure dock
Your operator enters the sensor ID into Asmun, links it to the batch number and critical thresholds, places the unit inside the shipment, and attaches the QR code label.
In-transit monitoring
Every 5 minutes, the sensor transmits temperature, humidity, and position over the 4G network. If a threshold is breached, a WhatsApp alert goes out immediately to your quality manager.
Receipt and verification
At the recipient's dock, the receiving clerk scans the QR code with their phone. The overall green or red status and the full trip curve appear in three seconds. No app to install.
Closeout and recovery
Confirming receipt locks in the data and automatically generates the PDF audit report. The sensor is returned to us, checked, and put back into rotation.
